With years of success and experience as a personal trainer, and a busy mom myself, I can empathize that finding the time to workout is hard. So i created fitness plans that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include workouts depending on your goals, time, and equipment.
I also offer to work with you one on one to give you the knowledge you need to finally kick diet culture to the side and ensure optimal health. This includes a one-on-one 30 minute zoom meetings with me every two weeks to go over diet history, calories, macros, and accountability. Plus access to ask questions when needed!
