What you do need is a well thought out plan, with the structure in place to take consistent action.
This can seem daunting at first, so let me show you how I set your journey in motion....
Which includes 5 distinct phases:
Step 1 is to collect initial data about you and your health history. Based on that we re able to establish baselines.
Step 2 we will jump on a strategy call to lay out all expectations and goals for your program. During step 3 we will start with small, simple, actionable steps. Tracking and assessing are a big part of step 4 so that we can evaluate, adjust and improve based on your feedback to make the best progress possible! During Step 5 we will continue track, adjust, and improve where needed until you are in a place where you feel confident and ready to continue this lifestyle change.

At this time I am not working with beginners to exercise. Ideally you would know how to do basic movements (squat, hinge, press, etc.) with good form & have had some workout experience in the past.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout in the gym or at home I have a plan for you. I also provide online consultations for at home workouts. Most programs DO require you to have a good set of dumbbells OR access to a gym's equipment.
It all depends on you and your diet/workout history! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
